What is this?
It's a free tool from Briefcase Marketing. You paste your parish website address, confirm your email, and the tool reads your public pages. Then it builds a mockup of your homepage.
Your pages supply the facts. Our code puts your Mass and confession times, office hours, address, phone numbers, ministries, care programs, events and giving details on the page straight from your own site. The AI never writes a time, a day or a staff name.
The AI writes a short layer of words around them, like the headline, the subhead and the section headings. Before anything is sent, software scans each draft for banned words and patterns, the details are checked against your own pages, and a second AI grades it.
The homepage also carries structured data: your address, phone, email and a weekly event for each Mass time, in a form search engines and AI assistants can read. Nobody can promise those tools will show it.
We still ask you to check every time on the mockup (the tool doesn't read your bulletin yet). Your current site stays as it is. The tool reads only your public pages, follows your robots.txt and identifies itself when it visits. If you'd rather not be read, "Remove my parish" is in the footer.
Who we are. We build websites for Catholic parishes, schools and ministries, and we know a parish office has a full week. That's why the first draft is on us. We've built sites for parishes, including one that merged eight churches into one in 2026.
